When you use our contact form, yacht selection request form or newsletter signup, we collect:

First name and last name
Email address and phone number
Travel dates, destination and number of guests (if provided)
The content of your message

Why we collect it

We use this data to respond to your enquiry and provide a tailored yacht charter or brokerage selection, based on our legitimate interest in handling the request you initiated — or, for the newsletter, based on your consent when you subscribe.

Our hosting and email delivery providers, solely to operate the website and route your message to us

How long we keep it

We keep your data for 3 years from your last contact with us if you do not become a client. Where a charter or booking is confirmed, applicable contractual and accounting retention periods apply instead.

International transfers

Google reCAPTCHA and Google Analytics may transfer data outside the European Union (United States), safeguarded by Google's Standard Contractual Clauses.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability.
